2009 Schedule of Classes and Events

• Beginning Soapmaking Class
  March 1st, 1:00 - 3:30 pm

• Lifestyle Medicine Classes:  1:00 - 2:45 pm
  (held before Weed Walks below)
  -- April 26th:  Basics of Bread Making (THIS CLASS IS FULL!)
  -- June 14th:  Greens: Optimal Nourishment in Everyday Life
  -- July 5th:  Trees as Food and Medicine (class cancelled due to low enrollment)

• Wild Weed Walks:  3:00 - 4:30 pm
  (held after Lifestyle Medicine Classes above)
  April 26th, June 14th, and July 5th (July 5th walk cancelled due to low enrollment)

• Moonlodge
  8:00 pm on the full moons of May 9th and August 8th.  Weed Dance Weekend talent show and moonlodge on August 8th is open to the female public.  Tell your friends!

• Herbs 101: The Basics of Herbalism and the Art of Medicine Making
  May 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th at 1:00 - 3:30 pm

• Local Herbs, Local Fats, Local Honey = Local Medicines
  (class cancelled due to low enrollment)
  June 7th at 1:00 - 3:30 pm

• Herbal Bath and Beauty: a full afternoon of creating, playing and relaxing with the herbs.
  July 12th at 1:00 - 4:00 pm

• 3rd ANNUAL WEED DANCE WEEKEND
  Aug. 14th, 15th and 16th (new dates!)

• Herbs 102, A three week course on Medicine Power: The Call to Heal
  Aug. 23d, 30th, and Sept. 6th
  at 1:00  3:30 pm

• Fabulous Fermentation!
  Sept. 13th at 1:00 - 3:30 pm

Important registration information:

All classes must be paid in full a week before the class is scheduled in order to hold your place.  A minimum of six students is needed to proceed with class, and full refunds and class cancellation notices will be sent out a week prior to class if the minimum class size is not met.
